Here are some points you need to know-
Auction: We NEED more auction items. We only have about 15-20 items collected and this is unacceptable. If we want a successful fundraiser - which is our ONLY fundraiser - we need to have more items available for the auction. Please go out to businesses in the area or call people back home. Asking will do no harm, as we will not be any worse off then we are now.
April 9th: We will be putting all of our auction items together, as well as creating bid-sheets, etc. All officers MUST attend and please encourage our members to attend as well.
April 13th: Mom's Weekend Auction! We will meet at 8 a.m. to move all of our items from Murrow to the CUB. Our auction will begin at 9, and run roughly until 2. Expect to stay until about 3 so we can clean up the meeting space as well.
Princess: We need to get our event listed in the mom's weekend directory ASAP. We also needed to have fliers posted before April 1st. Please also contact the Daily Evergreen to get our event listed in their mom's weekend spread. These need to be completed as soon as possible, and by Friday at the latest.
April 23rd: Our final meeting of the year. We will be having an ice cream party/senior send off celebration. I would like fliers posted by April 15th at the latest. Bridgette - please contact our incoming officers and request that they attend the meeting so we can "transition" anyone if they have questions.
Job Shadow: due to the time crunch before the end of the semester and the stress of exams and term projects, I do not see the job shadow as a possibility to easily fit into our members' schedules.
