Friday, September 13, 2013 – mentoring sessions/panel discussion:

8:00 a.m. – All hosts report to GCADD
  • There will be a welcome table set up just inside the doors to the Upper Atrium manned by two student greeters at all times. This is panelists and VIPs will be checking in, sometime between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
  • Coffee and pastries are available in hallway outside GCADD Room 218/220 for panelists and other guests. You can direct your panelist here once they arrive.

KEEP IN MIND: panelists have different itineraries for the day depending on their commitments. Your main job as a student volunteer will be answering questions for guests and directing people where they need to go!

  • A table with chairs will be set up in the stage area at the front of the room
  • Each panelist has a tent card with their name on it

April 23rd Senior Send-Off Meeting

Our last meeting of the year is almost here and it's a celebration for our future grads! We will be having an ice cream social in honor of the seniors.

This is a good time for the new officers to find out everything you need to know about your upcoming position and what is expected of you. Bring a notebook to jot down some pointers for next year!

I will be taking the new officer's portraits during this meeting for our website and organization board.

Have a great week and I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday!
